This three-story, beautifully restored building is located at 400 North River Street in historic Depot Town, Ypsilanti. The first floor is home to Thompson & Co. Restaurant & Mash Bar with large glass windows and a lovely landscaped patio.

Residents have a private main entrance off Cross Street to a lobby with an elevator and interior mail room. There are 20 apartments in the building each with a unique layout and original exposed brick. Each loft has incredible historic character with 9-12 foot ceilings and arched windows. There are studios, one bedroom, and two bedroom units available. The units do not come furnished.

These gorgeous light-filled units have everything you need to live just steps from all the amenities that Ypsilanti has to offer! The apartments are energy efficient and quiet, with high-quality large windows, solid core doors and LED lighting. Nature lovers will find golf, biking, canoeing, and hiking just steps from the fabulous dining and brewpubs. Ypsilanti includes 23,000+ acres of public park and recreation areas that help make up the Washtenaw County area. Auto and aviation heritage buffs will adore Ypsilanti’s vibrant historical museums.
