Pets

We love pets at Thompson Block Lofts! Residents are welcome to have one pet. The weight of the pet at maturity cannot exceed 30 pounds. A fish aquarium shall not exceed 20 gallons in capacity. No reptiles (except turtles) and any species considered to be poisonous. Pets require a refundable $250 deposit and an additional $15/month per pet. A full pet policy and registration will be provided to residents wishing to lease with an animal.

Utilities & Parking

Utilities (water/sewer/electricity) are separately metered directly to the tenant and are not included in the rent rate. Accounts with Comcast cable/internet provider will be set up directly by the tenant.

Parking is located directly behind the Thompson Block lofts. Assigned spots are $25 a month.
